Day 2:

Workout for today + some weights :) (oops, bike is supposed to be 16.30 mins, not 6.30..lol)
I wanted to workout a lot today bcz it’s my day off from work.. Whole week I will only get to workout an hour everyday :) excuse my typos, I enter these as I workout :p right side is calories burned according to the machines. Total 703 cals with jus all these. Not sure abt accuracy but still :D

Day 2:

Day 1: CHECK :)

2L water: Check Plus :) 3L

Gym: Check :) Had AMAZING day at the Gym, 4 miles running (burned about 479 calories) + did some strength training :)

Calorie Intake: Check :) Stayed below 1000 (not sure of approx, but definitely below 1000, if not 800)

Zantrex pill: Day 1 with Pills was good.. I took 1 at 11am, another 1 at 2:30 pm (right before Gym) and last one at 7:00 pm (before dinner). I definitely had lot of energy at gym, usually I leave gym in about 1 hour, today I was there for 1.5 hours :D

So proud of my day, I’m hoping to go straight for 21 days to the gym.. that way it becomes a habit ;)
